2015 - 2016

WATCH DOGS 2 was released in November 2016. I was given the opportunity to lead a team of artists on the next iteration of the Watch Dogs franchise. My team and I worked very closely with the Montreal Studio who was the Lead on the project.

My team was responsible for building all the Clothing Shop Interiors, Restaurants, Bars, Cafe’s, Pawn Shops and Car Dealerships plus additional Hackerspaces (Safehouses) for the player and main characters. My amazing team members on WD2 were Lilian Chow, Matt Kazan, Amanda Mundt, Elizabeth Kim and Sands Kopaei. In total my team produced the following.

  • 12 Unique Restaurants, Bars and Cafe’s with Interiors placed in 33 different locations

  • 6 Unique Interactive Clothing Shops with Interiors placed in 21 locations.

  • 11 Unique Invasion Of Privacy ( IOP’s ) / Cinematic Sets.

  • 7 Shopping Markets placed all throughout the world.

  • 3 Unique Hackerspaces / Safehouses. A Boxing Ring, An Abandoned Bunker and a Bungalow.

  • Plus over 1000+ Object Bank Assets.

I was responsible for blocking out all Clothing Shop interiors to an L1 quality, working closely with Technical Directors to establish a functional layout following metrics and providing sufficient cover for the player. Then delegating each shop interior to artists on my team to take ownership and complete. I worked closely with the Montreal team and providing weekly updates to the directors on our deliverables. I provided all reference material for the interiors and worked with concept artists and the Montreal branding team to fully realize these locations. Each shop and restaurant had to match the style and vibe found in the real San Francisco. The team did a fantastic job.
